Frequently asked questions
How much does an accounting office cost?
The price depends on your legal form of business, the number of documents per month and whether you employ staff. That's why we don't publish a fixed price list — we prepare an individual quote for each company. We invite you to a free, no‑obligation conversation, during which we'll learn your needs and give you a concrete price.
How do I switch accounting offices — is it complicated?
You can change your accounting office at any time of year — you don't have to wait until January. We handle the formalities: we help take over your documentation, agree the scope and, if needed, contact your previous office. For you, the change comes down to signing a contract and a power of attorney.
KSeF — when does it become mandatory?
Poland's National e‑Invoicing System is being introduced in stages: from 1 February 2026 for the largest taxpayers (sales above PLN 200 million), and from 1 April 2026 for other companies. The smallest entities have until 2027. Deadlines are sometimes adjusted, so we track the regulations and keep our clients informed. If you're unsure which date applies to your company, we're happy to help.
Will you help implement KSeF in my company?
Yes. We work with KSeF every day. We help with initial login, downloading certificates and tokens, we integrate e‑invoicing software (Comarch Betterfly), and we'll train your sales department. If your company is behind on the rollout, we'll catch up together.
Lump‑sum, KPiR or full accounting — which should I choose?
It depends on your revenue, costs, industry and growth plans. Each form has different tax consequences. As part of our advisory service we analyse your situation and help you choose the most beneficial option — and change it later if your current form no longer pays off.
Do you serve companies across Poland and remotely?
Yes. We serve businesses in Gryfice and the surrounding county, as well as companies anywhere in Poland — wherever you are based. Documents are sent remotely: electronically (scans, e‑invoices, KSeF) or by post, with contact by phone and email. Remote cooperation is everyday practice for us and does not affect the quality or timeliness of our service.
What documents do I need to start working with you?
To begin, we need your basic company details (tax ID, legal form), a power of attorney to represent you before public offices, and your existing accounting records if you're switching offices. Don't worry about having everything ready — at the first meeting we'll go through the list step by step and tell you what to prepare.
