1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Through the contact form we collect: your name, e‑mail address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. When you use the site, our server and embedded service providers (see section 6) may also process your IP address and basic technical browser data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to an enquiry sent via the form — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing it, should the contact lead to cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Ensuring the security and correct operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your matter, and then for the period during which related claims may be pursued. If the contact does not lead to cooperation, we delete the messages within 12 months at the latest.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities that support us technically, in particular our hosting and e‑mail provider nazwa.pl sp. z o.o. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Google Maps and Google Fonts

The site embeds a Google Maps map and uses Google Fonts. When these elements load, your IP address is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, which may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area on the terms set by Google. Google's handling of data is described in the Google privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing and — where processing is based on consent — the right to withdraw it at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warsaw, Poland).

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to an enquiry sent via the contact form.

9. Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not profile your data.

10. Cookies

The site does not use its own cookies for analytics or marketing. Embedded Google services (Maps, Fonts) may set their own cookies on the terms defined by Google.

To count visits we use the GoatCounter analytics tool, which works without cookies and does not collect personally identifiable data. Your IP address is processed only momentarily to generate anonymous, aggregate statistics and is not stored.
